In case you have been wondering, Gavin and Darren are both enjoying school. Darren is a bit overwhelmed with the homework, but he is starting to get into the swing of things. He really enjoys the fact that he is at a Christian University and the instructor includes scriptures in the class discussions about business.

Gavin is doing really well in class. He has gained so much confidence. You will just have to see him to experience it for yourself. Gavin has even been able to help out some of the other kids in his class. He really enjoys that...I think it is a family trait! He also really enjoys getting to act out the story that they are reading. We are just so grateful for this program. We are seeing major changes already and he has only been in the class a couple of weeks.

I don't know if you are interested or not, but I will tell you anyway...I have some exciting stuff going on myself. I am working to get a new support group ministry started at church. A support group for people like myself who suffer from chronic illness and pain. I found a really great national group that I think would be perfect for us. There are even Bible studies prepared just for those with chronic illness. I am looking forward to my chance to present the information I have recieved to the small group pastor at our church. I have already been talking to him about it, but I haven't had a chance to meet with him yet.
