Hidden Truth?
You know, there are times in life by just looking at people you can tell that they are just plum crazy.

Some things have remained hidden for too long. Now it is time for the truth to be told. The proof to be displayed....Some people are really crazy. Maybe that truth is too hard to deal with. If so, a warning...do not look at the first picture in this blog. It might just shake you up a bit. Can you handle the truth? About yourself? About your friends?

Okay...Now you have been warned. We are not responsible for your emotional reaction after viewing the following picture.

So you looked. Just couldn't help yourself could you? So maybe there is something a little "off" in you too. Okay that secret is out of the bag. Now you know Heather is a little silly!!!! What you don't know or maybe you suspect is that her friends know better than to tell all. Perhaps because they have some secrets of their own? Don't know if you can read it...but in the picture below we are all wearing the same shirt. The caption you ask?!

"You will always be my friend...You know too much."

Maybe our friends do know too much about us. Mostly that is okay though. That is what makes a good friendship. Friends know you well enough to know what to do to make you laugh. Friends know how to have a good time. Even if that means just spending a quiet day together. Maybe Pooh Bear said it best, "You are my very bestest of best friends because we can do anything together."

Over the long, labor day weekend. We had a good time! Saturday was family day. We took Gavin to Burns Park and let him ride the rides. He thought it was great!

As you can see Gavin is not too crazy. He's holding on to the horse with all his might. He even knows the importance of having a seat belt. As for myself, I should have taken a few pages out of Gavin's book. While going around on the Merry-Go-Round at Burns Park, I felt like I was trying to walk on a cave floor that was really a giant space worm. I had the hardest time keeping my balance standing between two horses as they went up and down.

The day at the park was great! That evening I watched the Hogs get trampled, while Brandi and Heather watched a girly movie at our house.

Monday we got up early and headed to the lake. Gavin is too much like his momma. He doesn't like to rise and SHINE. We pretty much had to pry him out of bed and into the car. Brandi, Becky, Heather, Gavin, and myself were headed to DeGray Lake. We made it there before the park started to fill up and were able to snag a picnic table by the beach.

Gavin loved the sand. He dug and dug. He buried things in the sand, including part of daddy!

After picnicing we decided it was time for Gavin to really get in the water and play. Up until that point all we could get him to do was to get his feet wet. Once he got in...he didn't want to get out. He showed his true side as a water baby.

Unfortunately, like most good things the weekend had come to an end, but not without some exciting new memories (and a few really good stories).

So do you trust your friends with the good secrets?
