| Oh My!!!! The Voice is Silent |
 I usually don't talk about my love of sports here. Today, I'll make an exception. I have fallen in love with the Arkansas Razorbacks. I don't think it was the actuall sports that made me fall in love with these Razorbacks. I think it was the voice I heard on the radio. There was so much excitment and energy put into every broadcast that I would sometimes watch the game on TV but listen to it by radio. Last night the whole state of Arkansas became silent. Now the ripples are extending out beyond our area. The voice I loved to hear "Touchdown Arkansas!!", Paul Eells from KATV 7, will now be an echo. He was killed in a car accident last night.
This morning when I was getting ready for the work, I had no clue as to what happened last night. I saw my red polo shirt and decided today would be a good day to wear it. Imagine my suprise when I got in the car and started listening to the radio. I realized today is a good day to wear Arkansas red in honor of the Voice of the Razorbacks.
It also reminded me that life is short. We need to enjoy every moment we have. You never know what life is going to bring to you just around the curve. Seize the day.
